Overall, Pure Pandalf is one hell of a monster. He has single PER and AoE PER in the same move allowing him to bypass Mega Taunt and PEP, which almost guarantees you a team PER. He can also be a denier with single random control and AoE control on the same move and CDA.
PP also is the first and only Corrupted monster to have a Turn Transfer move. He has great relic slots and amazing support effects like Team DP, ITC, Cooldown Immunity, ITT and team NER. His stats are amazing as well, as he has one of the highest speed stats for a Corrupted monster and a very high life stat for a denier/support. He also has Bulwark which makes all status effects have 50% less accuracy against him. Finally, Precision increases the chances of attacks and tortures to land. Team Evasion ensures your allies are protected while Team Stamina Regeneration allows the monsters without a form of Stamina Regeneration themselves to attack without stopping due to loss of Stamina and relics that remove Stamina. To start things off, his trait is phenomenal, rivalling the best traits in the game. Pure Pandalf is an INSANE Magic Denier/Support.
